Shipping:

  • Standard shipping fee of $5.

  • No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

  • International shipping is currently unavailable.

  • Orders take 5–10 business days to fulfill.

  • Each product is made especially for you. Creating items on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. Thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Cancellations & Wrong Address:

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed, and cancellation may no longer be possible. Please get in touch with us immediately if you encounter any issues.

Returns:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’d like to return an item, here’s how it works:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items, digital products, and gift cards are final sale.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • To keep your costs low, we recommend buying a discounted label through Pirate Ship. We’re happy to guide you if needed.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

  • In these cases, we cover shipping, and you may choose:

    • Replacement (at no extra cost)

    • Refund (returned to your original payment method)

Exclusions:

  • Damage after delivery (including mishandling, accidents, or unpacking issues) is not covered. Please handle your art with care.

Copyright Ownership:

All artworks remain the property of the artist, Yazmin Garcia, owner of Sagrario Arte Studio.

  • Buyers receive a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal purposes.

  • Reproduction, resale, or commercial use is not allowed without written consent from the artist.

Donations directly support our creative mission. At this time, donations are not tax-deductible.

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable

  • Donations do not grant ownership or influence over content, product development, or publishing timelines.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing

  • Shipping times vary by location

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost mail, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
