Story Behind the Work:

This piece represents resilience, growth, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going.

Inspired by the aloe plant, known for its healing and endurance, this artwork reflects the reality that we do not choose the soil we are planted in. Some of us are raised in environments that are harsh, unstable, or painful. Yet even then, we still find ways to grow toward the light.

The hanging plant symbolizes perseverance, softness, and self-nurturing. Healing is not always loud. Sometimes it looks like resting, growing slowly, and choosing to care for yourself anyway. This piece is a reminder that even in difficult conditions, we are still capable of thriving.
