Story Behind the Work:

A traditional Mexican cafecito sits beneath a rising sun, symbolizing comfort, resilience, and new beginnings.

This piece was inspired by the quiet power of morning routines. For me, cafecito is a pause, a reset, a reminder to keep going even on the hard days. The blue tones reflect those moments when life feels heavy, while the rising sun represents hope, strength, and the courage to rise anyway.

No matter how tired, overwhelmed, or uncertain we feel, there is still warmth waiting for us. A little cafecito. A new morning. Another chance to keep becoming.
